Pohjois-Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialue tarjoaa alueensa lasten ja nuorten (0-16v) vanhemmille mahdollisuuden osallistua maksutta Perhepolku-verkkokurssille. Verkkokurssin tavoitteena on vahvistaa vanhemman myötätuntoa itseään kohtaan sekä tukea myötätuntoista vuorovaikutusta parisuhteessa ja perheessä. Itsenäisesti tehtävällä kurssilla voi esimerkiksi testata oman itsemyötätuntonsa ja kirjoittaa itselleen myötätuntoisen kirjeen. Kurssi sisältää tietoa, tehtäviä ja vinkkejä sekä toisten vanhempien vertaistarinoita. Kurssille osallistuneet vanhemmat ovat kokeneet verkkokurssin hyödylliseksi ja kertovat saaneensa tukea itsemyötätuntoonsa. Vanhemmat suosittelevat verkkokurssia toisille perheille.

Are you demanding too much of yourself as a parent? Would you like to learn more about self-compassion? Join the Family Path (Perhepolku) online course.

The wellbeing services county of Northern Ostrobothnia is offering all families with small children (ages 0-6) in its area the opportunity to participate in the Family Path online course. The aim of the online course is to strengthen parents’ self-compassion and to support compassionate interaction with your partner and family. On the self-study course, you can test your self-compassion and write a compassionate letter to yourself, for example. The course also includes information, exercises, and tips as well as other parents’ stories about the everyday life of families with children. Parents who have participated in the course have found the course useful and say that they have received support for their self-compassion. The parents recommend the online course to other families.
